The aim of the course is to provide students with the essential bases of organizational design to allow them to recognize the schemes of the organizations within which they will operate and in the case of contributing themselves to the formulation of a project for a new organization.
The course focuses on the principles of organizational design. In particular, the contents can be divided into three areas: design variables, design processes and basic design configurations.
