Objectives
Contents Two main approaches can be identified for the study of consumer behavior: a micro approach that focuses on the individual psychological processes that consumers use for their daily decisions and consequent behaviors; and a macro approach that focuses on the role of groups and on aspects of a symbolic nature. both of these approaches are represented in this course with particular reference to the digital environment.

Teaching Methods lectures, discussions and project work. Active participation of students in the classroom is strongly recommended.
Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
The final grade is expressed in 30ths.
For attending students: 50% of the final grade will be given by a project work; 20% from classroom participation in cases and paper discussions; 30% from the mark of the written exam consisting of multiple and open questions.
For non-attendant students, 100% of the final grade will be given by the written exam which will include an integration of the program to be studied (presence of additional academic papers)
