LESSONS
The cycle of lessons that make up the TTU program is divided into eight lessons held by experts in the field. The aim is to offer students a multidisciplinary view on the theme of climate change, in anticipation of the delicate role that awaits them: to become the designers of a city of the future that will increasingly have to face the effects of climate change.

EXERCISE ACTIVITIES
The activities of the Urban Planning 2 course are aimed at getting the student to become familiar with the main tools of the urban profession. Students gathered in groups of 2 members are called upon to try out: basic and thematic maps, basic legends and themes, inspection techniques, representation techniques, general and thematic analyzes, implementing technical regulations, general and sector legislation, local urban instrumentation, parameters and urban indexes, sizing and calculations, themed research on the Internet, use of ICT in urban planning.
Through specific teaching methods the students learn to carry out some basic analysis on the study area assigned to them, simulating the elaboration of an Urban Regeneration Plan in a suburb of Pescara.
The exercise work is guided in the classroom by the professor who, with the help of the tutors, reviews the progress of the students' work on a weekly basis. The professor weekly introduces the ex cathedra topics and provides students with the tools to perform the inspections (physical and virtual) and to produce the graphic elaborations requested during the week. Students work independently during the week and bring the materials produced to the professor for weekly verification. The constant presence in the classroom of the professor and tutors guarantees to the students any clarification or suggestion on the work to be done. At the end of the exercise the students deliver the products produced in an A3 format book; the professor assigns to the project book an evaluation that contributes, through weighted average with the book of the cycle of lessons, to the definition of the final grade.
The calendar of exercise activities is shown below.
