Objectives
Contents The course topics include the social psychology of the leadership, the relationships with the other and the communication in the public sphere. The course will present: 1) the development of the psychological theory on the leadership, with particular reference to the idea of identity, influence and power; 2) some psycho-social approaches to the study of processes and phenomena concerning the interpersonal, ingroup and intergroups relations; 3) some analysis of the psychosocial mechanisms underlying the disinformation in the public sphere.

Today's leadership psychology: situational and contingency theories; transactional and transformational leadership. III. The fundamentals of the new psychology of leadership. IV.
