Extended Syllabus Development of school menus with diversified menus; experimentation with regard to the promotion, implementation of health education and prevention projects; compilation of questionnaires for the detection of habits and food consumption in the various age groups, with reporting including the data collected. Dietary evaluation and diagnosis, definition of the dietary intervention plan, dietary monitoring and evaluation. Nutritional screening, assessment of the nutritional status, body composition and energy needs of the hospitalized patient.
