Objectives
Contents The psycho-sociological approach will be introduced as a way to get in touch with organizations and propose interventions that can encourage evolution.
Various aspects will be considered in an integrated way:
cultural orientations and historical and economic factors;
structural and technological dimensions; production tasks;
interpersonal, group and organisational relational dynamics;
specificity and conditions of the subjects and their internal movements.

Methods of Provision
Teaching Methods The course will focus on methodological and instrumental issues related in particular to the observation, analysis and knowledge of organizations. In this context, particular attention will be paid to the processes of constructing representations of organizational experiences and the problems that characterize them.

Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
oral interview Learning will be verified through an oral exam. The knowledge of the bibliography and the contents of the course, the correctness and quality of the oral expression, the linguistic competences and the critical and methodological abilities will be evaluated. The score ranges from 1 to 30 with honors, according to the following: 1-17 insufficient, 18 -21 sufficent, 22-24 discrete, 25-27 good, 28-29 very good, 30-30 with excellent praise.
The examination procedures are the same for attending and non-attending students.
