Objectives
Contents Social network work consists in managing / facilitating complex interactions aimed at solving (or preventing) life problems. These interactions concern services and professional operators, as well as the common people involved in difficult situations. The program, with the cases proposed in the adopted book, shows how this function of "relational guide" can be concretely realized. After a presentation of the fundamental concepts of the network method, we will analyze an articulated case studies, showing how the relational approach can be applied both to individual problem situations and to collective projects. The aim is to prepare social workers to apply the network method in case work and also in community work.

Empirical examples of ten cases explained in their becoming.

Methods of Provision
Teaching Methods Frontal lessons. Possible use of slides and / or movies.
The lessons will be opportunely integrated by seminars and in-depth studies, with the participation of scholars and experts.
Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
Oral examination
Learning will be verified through an oral exam. The score ranges from 1 to 30 with honors, according to the following: 1-17 insufficient, 18 -21 sufficent, 22-24 discrete, 25-27 good, 28-29 very good, 30-30 with excellent praise.
The examination procedures are the same for attending and non-attending students.
