Objectives
Contents The essential content of the course is represented by the study of the basic notions, and of interest to students of a course of study in Economics, of the private sector of European Union law and the process of integration between domestic law and EU law. The topics will be proposed according to an articulation that includes a general part and a special part with the following contents

Teaching Methods The fundamental teaching method is the frontal lesson; the course involves a total of 48 hours divided into two-hour lessons for three days a week + 12 hours of supplementary teaching activity. The course includes the integration of lectures and seminar activities for in-depth study of specific issues; an active role will be played by the students in the study of jurisprudential cases that will be proposed to them and which will be the subject of seminars.
Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
The assessment of the level of learning will be carried out using an oral
test. The oral test is aimed at verifying the knowledge and competences
developed in the learner regarding the training objectives of the course.
In addition, the student must demonstrate communication skills, mastery
of language and display clarity. Examination procedures are the same for
frequenting and non-frequenting students
