The course consists of the following parts:
1. Cyrillic alphabet, phonetics and spelling;
2. Lexikon and glossary;
3. basic morphology and syntax;
4. Comprehension and production of the written text;
5. Comprehension and production of the oral text;
6. Word formation in the Russian language (slovoobrazovanie).
MODULE 1 (3 CFU) Prof.ssa Di Leo
1. Introduction to the Russian language;
2. Uppercase, lowercase, cursive and block letters.
3. Scientific transliteration.
4. The vowel and consonant system: vowel reductions, consonant assimilations.
5. The intonation curves.
6. Gender of nouns.
7. The inflectional system and the verbal system.
8. The present indicative and consonant alternations.
9. The formation of the plural of nouns.
MODULE 2 (9 CFU) Prof. Maria Chiara Ferro
Basic Morphology and syntax:
- Declension in the singular and plural of nouns, adjectives and personal, questioning, possessive and demonstrative pronouns;
- Use of cases with and without the main prepositions;
- Cardinal and ordinal numbers (their use to express: hours, months, days, years, centuries);
- The reflexive pronoun svoj;
- The relative pronoun kotoryj;
- Conjugation of the verb to the past and future;
- Verbs with suffixes -yva - / - iva-, -va-, -ova - / - eva-, -nu-;
- Verbal aspect, basic concepts: training and use in the present, past and future;
- Verbs of motion without prefix;
- Verbs of motion with the prefix po;
- Verbs of motion with prefixes pri-, u-, v-, vy-;
- Imperative.
Comprehension and production of written texts:
Reading, translation and reprocessing of basic level texts. Composition of autonomous texts concerning the thematic areas introduced.
Comprehension and production of oral texts:
Listening, comprehension and re-elaboration of basic and elementary audio texts.
Composition of autonomous texts concerning the thematic areas introduced.
Word formation in the Russian language (slovoobrazovanie): Introduction of the rudiments of the methods of word formation in the Russian language.
